I love the process of dessert and cake creation. Sourcing out local, seasonal ingredients is my primary source of inspiration; nothing tastes better than market-fresh products, and the ongoing search for the best that Maryland has to offer.
I oppose the mundane factory mill model of typical bakery services. Our menus are ever-changing, as I continually strive to strike a balance between the desires of my customers and the availability of premium seasonal ingredients.
My goal is to brainstorm custom creations with my clients and provide a memorable experience using finely crafted cakes and desserts ripe with freshness and vitality.
