A flaky pie shell bursting with summer-ripe peaches, a sweet and spicy apple pie crisscrossed with lattice pastry, an elegant tart heaped with perfectly formed strawberries. Oh my, oh my!

The perfect pie is a balance between tenderness, substance, sweetness, tartness, juice, and crunch. We strive to preserve the flavor and integrity of the ingredients, so our pies are baked and delivered in a glass pie plate. There are no exceptions; trust the process! We take a small deposit for the pie plate. You can return it for a refund, or you can keep it if you'd like. We've been told we have a pretty nice set of pie plates.

If you aren't the deposit type of dessert shopper, do not fret. The Cupcake Killer has options for everyone. Our tarts don't come in a glass pie plate, probably because the shell is so beautiful and deserves to stand alone. So if you don't want to deal with the pie plate recycling, we suggest the tart option instead of the pie.
